Designed with precision, this state-of-the-art switch specializes in the flawless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating smoothly without any load yet under the presence of voltage. Its design ensures unmatched safety and impeccable reliability in every operation.

This switch is a testament to superior engineering, crafted specifically for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. Distinguished by its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and ease of use, this switch is incredibly versatile, accommodating rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It is constructed with a strong base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive components, and an effective mechanical section. The cutting-edge gate knife structure optimizes circuit operations, featuring each phase's gate knife with two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable through spring height alteration. Leveraging an insulated hook stick makes operation intuitive, complemented by a practical self-locking device for enhanced security.

For peak performance, ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure peak performance by eliminating all dust and dirt. Carefully cleanse the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve its integrity.
2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the ground screw to secure optimal electrical contact.
3. For seamless operation, apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Scrutinize the contact surface rigorously. Adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure the contact pressure meets the specifications in Table II.
5. This switch is exclusively engineered for hoisting use and is designed for seamless integration with transformers on the line.
6. The switch accommodates a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically incorporating three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the configuration remains three mounting holes for optimal stability and security.

Ensure enduring performance by conducting comprehensive annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously clean any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve functionality and longevity.

Inspect all components for potential damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition, ensuring efficient and flawless operation.
