(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even in the presence of voltage, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Intended for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, making it a cost-effective and user-friendly solution. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various needs. The switch comprises a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. It utilizes an innovative gate knife structure for seamlessly opening and closing the circuit. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, secured with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, you can ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations not exceeding altitudes of 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Supports seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; ensure installation is in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components:
Regularly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all components for damage, placing special emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Confirm the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure reliable functionality.
