Discover the unparalleled craftsmanship of our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a beacon of reliability in the realm of isolation disconnect switches. Meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining the presence of voltage, ensuring seamless operational flow.
Engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its elegant simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly interface. With rated currents available at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches boast a robust composition of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for optimal circuit management, each phase’s gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs, allowing precise adjustment of spring height to secure the requisite contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates smooth operational handling, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for additional security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Rated for ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Equipped to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with a preference for installations in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of any gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform annual inspections on the following components of the switch to maintain peak performance:
Efficiently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle’s surface to maintain pristine condition.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with a keen focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition for uninterrupted functionality.
