Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a state-of-the-art solution, also referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it facilitates seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. This innovative switch handles high voltage scenarios effortlessly, even when load-free.
The switch is meticulously designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch features a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. An advanced gate knife design ensures reliable opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs for optimal function. By adjusting the spring height, you ensure the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates safe and effortless operation, while a self-locking device enhances security and reliability.
Working Environment:
The switch operates efficiently at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
It thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
It remains reliable in seismic conditions not exceeding 8 degrees; be sure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It's imperative to conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Keep conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface free from dirt build-up to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to spotting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
