(H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary role is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, effortlessly managing these tasks without carrying load, yet maintaining voltage presence. Engineered to provide unparalleled reliability, this switch stands as a cornerstone in the world of power management.
Tailored for single-phase application in the realm of three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a design marked by simplicity, economic efficiency, and user-friendliness. Offering a range of rated currents, it includes options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile. The switch comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-grade conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, it excels in circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is crafted from two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on either side, ensuring optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. The operation is conducted via a specialized insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism, ensuring smooth and secure operational transitions.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of performing across a temperature spectrum with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters per second;
Resilient against seismic activity, withstanding intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity. This ensures longevity and reliable performance.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY TO SEEK TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain optimal electrical performance.
Examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage that could impact functionality.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring robust connectivity and reliability.
