(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It adeptly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, gracefully managing operations without load but under the presence of voltage.
Our switch is masterfully crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure that is both economical and user-friendly. Its rated current options span 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. Each switch is a harmonious assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. The innovation of a gate knife structure enables flawless circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife housing two conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on either side. By modulating the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The operation of the switch is seamlessly executed using an insulated hook stick, complete with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Optimal Working Environment:
Positioned at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature ranges: a peak not exceeding +40°C and a trough not dipping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed maintained below 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive environments that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment Guidelines
Preparatory Steps for Installation
Annual Maintenance: Regularly examine the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Evaluate the viability of the contact surface within the conductive section.
