Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative piece of equipment, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, all without load but with voltage present.
Tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its minimalistic design, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offering rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are meticulously constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs positioned on both sides. By adjusting the spring's height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operations are effortlessly managed using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, with a built-in self-locking device ensuring security.
Working Environment:
Altitude limitations: not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature parameters: ambient temperature maxes at +40°C and drops no lower than -30°C;
Wind tolerance: suitable for environments where wind speed remains below 35 meters per second;
Seismic considerations: designed to withstand seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation conditions: The chosen site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly degrade the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH OUR COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly check the following components of the switch:
Remove all dirt from conductive parts, ensuring contact surfaces and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are pristine.
Conduct thorough inspections of all components for damage, particularly focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive parts, ensuring optimal performance.
