The (H)GWBEB type is an exceptional outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also popular as an isolation disconnect switch. It is masterfully engineered for use on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits. It expertly manages this even with voltage present, yet without load.
Specifically crafted for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic, cost-effective design that is remarkably easy to operate. It offers rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps. The switch is an assembly of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a sturdy mechanical section. Its unique gate knife structure enables smooth circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the ideal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. Operable via an insulated hook stick, this switch also features a dependable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Operates efficiently with outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance involves checking these components of the switch:
Clean dirt from conductive parts, ensure the contact surfaces and insulating porcelain bottles are pristine.
Inspect all components for damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains optimal condition.
