Tailored to handle the complex task of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, this switch ensures safety and reliability at every flip.
Crafted for single-phase implementation within three-phase systems, this switch shines with its straightforward design, budget-friendly approach, and user-friendly operation. Available in a range of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-each switch embodies robust construction with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades with external compression springs, allows for precise circuit control. Adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure, while an insulated hook stick enables efficient operation, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimally designed for locations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring reliability even in areas prone to minor tremors without frequent severe vibrations.
The switch is unsuitable for environments with harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise its insulation and conductivity.
