(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, the pinnacle of innovation in high-voltage power systems, is expertly crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. Engineered to perfection, this isolation disconnect switch effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, yet without load, ensuring seamless operations in the most challenging environments.
Our switch stands out in three-phase line systems with its robust design, affordability, and user-friendly features. Catering to a variety of needs, it is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precision mechanical section, each phase boasts a cutting-edge gate knife structure with dual conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure adjustment. Utilizing an insulated hook stick, the switch offers secure opening and closing operations, reinforced with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for locations with altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring steadfast performance at higher elevations.
It operates optimally within an ambient temperature range, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, adapting to diverse climatic conditions.
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second, it ensures durability amidst strong winds.
With a seismic resilience rated up to 8 degrees, this switch is ideal for areas with moderate seismic activity, provided the site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or harmful explosive and corrosive agents to maintain the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS HAVE THE OPTION TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch, focusing on the following components:
Diligently clean dirt and contaminants from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or defects.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface is in excellent condition to guarantee efficient operation.
