The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits where voltage is present, without load handling.
This switch, crafted for single-phase utility in three-phase line systems, stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades supported by external compression springs. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Can endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD OPERATION CONDITIONS EXCEED THE LIMIT, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVES WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Diligently clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in top condition.
