(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch enables the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, yet retains voltage presence.
The switch is skillfully designed for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, embodying a simple structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It comes with a selection of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and an advanced mechanical section, it features a gate knife mechanism for circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring's height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not to exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor conditions: Wind speed not to exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Resistance: Not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation Site: Must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, and dust, ensuring no presence of explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
For situations exceeding the standard usage conditions mentioned above, users are encouraged to consult with the company for personalized solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annual Maintenance: Regularly inspect the following parts of the switch each year:
Conduct thorough cleaning of conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain operational integrity.
Inspect all components meticulously for damage, with a particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Examine the quality of the contact surface on the conductive parts ensuring optimal performance.
