(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring reliability without bearing any load.
Expertly engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It comes in various rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The design incorporates a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife showcases two conductive blades, complete with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The switch’s operations are conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation site should not be subjected to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following switch components to maintain peak performance:
Diligently clear dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all parts thoroughly for any damage, particularly scrutinizing the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface is in optimal condition.
