(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is ingeniously designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a steadfast rated frequency of 50Hz and a secure rated voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This fuse is an essential guardian, acting as a protective cornerstone for circuits and electrical equipment during overloads or short-circuit faults within power systems. In normal operation, the fuse integrates seamlessly into the power line in a tensioned state with the movable joint securely locked. Upon encountering a fault, the fault current activates the fuse, causing it to blow, thereby releasing the movable joint and prompting the rapid descent of the fuse tube, effectively severing the circuit. This action ensures foolproof safety for the maintenance of lines and equipment. Enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load-type fuse is adept at opening and closing load currents within the power system, making it far superior to ordinary types.
The fuse aligns impeccably with technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranges from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C;
Relative humidity: The daily average should not surpass 95%, with the monthly average remaining below 90%;
The installation site should be at an altitude of no more than 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below a brisk 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Must be free from fire, explosion hazards, and corrosive chemical gases, and ensure good ventilation.
Note: Should the above standard conditions for normal use be exceeded, users are encouraged to consult and negotiate with our company.
