(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, stands as an essential component designed to serve 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining safety and reliability with voltage presence.
Meticulously crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. Available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a robust construction comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, adjustable by altering spring height. An insulated hook stick enables operational ease, alongside a self-locking mechanism ensuring secure actions.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Resilient to seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following switch components to ensure peak performance:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage and cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
