Discover the BEIERBIAN GROUP CO., LTD's state-of-the-art (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, expertly crafted for unparalleled performance in high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Specifically designed for 10(12, 15, 24)kV applications, this isolation disconnect switch boasts the capability to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring uninterrupted power management.
Engineered for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its intuitive simplicity, economical benefits, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents available in 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of robust components including a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure guarantees precise circuit engagement and disengagement, featuring dual conductive blades per phase, fortified by external compression springs on either side. By fine-tuning the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operable via an insulated hook stick, this switch also integrates a self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Performance guaranteed at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a sweltering +40°C to a chilly -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; optimal for locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual examination of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Investigate all components thoroughly for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity and quality of the contact surface on all conductive parts to ensure superior conductivity.
