(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is purposefully engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without the need for load handling, yet remains fully operative with voltage present.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet robust design, making it a beacon of cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. With a range of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are constructed from a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides, allowing for precise contact pressure adjustments via spring height alteration. The switch's operation is smoothly conducted with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and it features a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE TERMS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to ensure optimal functionality, checking the following parts of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in good condition.
