(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also termed as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits sans load, yet with voltage present.
Engineered for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these ingenious switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The circuit's opening and closing are executed using a gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides. Through adjusting the spring height, optimum contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing maneuvers, augmented by a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not surpassing 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent, severe vibrations.
Installation premises must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive media that might significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual checks on the following switch components are recommended:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all components for damage, particularly scrutinizing the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
