(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (referred to as "fuse") is designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage levels ranging from 10kV to 40.5kV. This sophisticated device acts as a crucial protective element for circuits or electrical equipment, shielding them against overloads or short circuit faults in power systems. Under normal conditions, the fuse is seamlessly integrated into the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with locked movable joints. In the event of a fault, the resulting fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and effectively severing the circuit. This ensures optimal safety protection for both line maintenance and equipment. Our advanced load type fuse enhances the traditional design by incorporating elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, enabling efficient opening and closing of load currents within the power system.

The fuse is meticulously engineered to adhere to key technical standards such as GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions. These standards ensure reliability and performance, establishing our product as a benchmark for quality and safety in the industry.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: Ranging from -40°C to +40°C, this fuse is resiliently built to withstand extreme temperatures.

Relative humidity: Carefully engineered to perform flawlessly even when the daily average humidity reaches up to 95%, and the monthly average reaches 90%.

The altitude does not exceed 3000m; ensuring reliable operation even in elevated terrains.

Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 34 meters/second; proficiently designed to endure high wind conditions.

Installation site: The site should be free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, while maintaining a well-ventilated environment to ensure optimal performance.
