Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential solution for your medium voltage disconnect requirements. This remarkable isolation disconnect switch is adeptly designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It skillfully manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present, but without a load, ensuring seamless and reliable operations.
This expertly engineered switch is primarily intended for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, offering both economic efficiency and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, its versatility is unmatched. The switch's robust construction comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, utilizing a precision gate knife system for circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase is equipped with a dual-blade gate knife, augmented by external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure, easily adjusted by altering the spring height. For operational convenience, an insulated hook stick is employed for opening and closing actions, and the switch is fortified with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed to function optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Built to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Engineered to tolerate outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with the stipulation that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The ideal installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL CONDITIONS OF USE AS SPECIFIED ABOVE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components to ensure optimal performance:
Regularly remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency and reliability.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with a focus on identifying fractures or damage to the insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect the conductive parts' contact surface regularly to confirm they remain in excellent condition for uninterrupted service.
