(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without the need for load handling, but with voltage present.
The switch is an ideal choice for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, renowned for its straightforward structure, budget-friendly nature, and effortless operation. It is available in an array of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a sturdy mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife structure for swift circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is designed with two conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on both sides. The spring height is adjustable to ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. It operates smoothly using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions and is enhanced with a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The installation site should not surpass an altitude of 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperature with a maximum cap of +40°C and minimum not below a frigid -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not exceed a robust 35 meters/second;
Ensuring seismic intensity stays within the limits of 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation integrity and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a detailed annual inspection on these key parts of the switch:
Thoroughly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine condition.
Diligently examine all parts for any signs of damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage and cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
