Its iron core is crafted from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, significantly reducing no-load losses and boosting long-term efficiency.

For high-voltage windings, a sophisticated multi-layer structure is meticulously applied, with products up to 500kVA boasting multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers of 630kVA and above, a groundbreaking spiral configuration for low-voltage windings is employed, dramatically enhancing electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly during short circuit conditions.

A pivotal feature is its innovative pan-seal structure, which effectively isolates the transformer oil from external environmental air, thereby preventing oil aging and significantly bolstering operational reliability. The oil tank design incorporates corrugated plates that enhance oil circulation and maximize heat dissipation.
