CHBEB's single-phase pole-mounted transformers are meticulously crafted by Daelim to efficiently step down utility distribution voltages between 2400V and 34,500V to more manageable utilization voltages. These versatile transformers are integral in reducing voltage levels to meet commercial and industrial needs, such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, with a predominant focus on lowering to a single-phase voltage of 120/240V. Additionally, they find applications in small substations, diverse utility tasks, and can even step up voltages when specific scenarios demand.
CHBEB specializes in producing two distinct types of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the conventional type and the advanced Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type. Both variants boast impressive power ratings of up to 167kVA, catering to a wide array of distribution demands.

- Standard Features: Equipped with ISO 9001 quality certification, robust lifting lugs, arrester mounting pads, high-voltage porcelain bushings with eyebolt terminals, low-voltage bushings with eyebolt terminals, and dependable low-voltage neutral grounding straps.
- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: The CSP models boast enhanced protective features, including primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and intuitive overload signal lights.
- Durability and Safety: Incorporates a self-venting and resealing cover assembly, ensuring the transformer operates safely and reliably over the long term.
Operating Environment:
- Ambient Temperature: Capable of functioning optimally at a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -15°C.
- Altitude: Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000m to ensure consistent performance.
- Humidity:
- The daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%, ensuring reliable performance.
- The monthly average relative humidity maintains a maximum of 90%.
- Seismic Intensity: Engineered to endure seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, providing stability in challenging conditions.
