The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known in the industry as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to serve on robust 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at managing the opening and closing of both single-phase and three-phase circuits under voltage, though without a load. This indispensable component offers seamless integration into electrical infrastructures, ensuring reliable performance and enhanced safety.
Designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to various needs. The switch's construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all contributing to its robust functionality. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. This switch operates via an insulated hook stick and integrates a self-locking device for secure actions.
Working Environment:
Optimal performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring consistent functionality.
Withstands ambient temperatures up to a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring adaptability across diverse climates.
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, maintaining stability and reliability.
Designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring durability in seismic-prone areas. Installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADVANCED SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance: Conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal functionality.
Perform a comprehensive damage inspection on all parts, focusing on identifying any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part to ensure uninterrupted electrical performance.
