Our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for superior performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It provides reliable operation when opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring efficiency and safety in your electrical systems.
This switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, making it cost-effective and user-friendly. Our switches come in a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, meeting diverse needs. They are composed of a robust base, quality post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides. The spring height is adjustable to achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Easy operation is ensured with an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking mechanism provides additional safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to resist seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; It is essential that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checks are crucial for optimal performance. Ensure the following are regularly inspected:
Keep conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles pristine by removing all dirt and residues.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a particular focus on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts is in good condition to ensure efficient operation.
