Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component in high voltage power transmission and distribution. Designed specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV lines, this robust switch efficiently handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining a safe voltage presence. Renowned for its reliability and precision, it's the perfect solution for demanding electrical environments.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase deployments within three-phase line systems. It stands out because of its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available with a selection of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and an integral mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife design allows seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades flanked by exterior compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Adjust the spring height to achieve desired contact pressure. The switch's operation is streamlined via an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Optimal installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to function within ambient temperature ranges: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability even without frequent severe vibrations at the installation site.
Installation sites must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could degrade the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
In scenarios where typical operational conditions are surpassed, clients are encouraged to consult with our company for tailored solutions.

Annual Inspection Recommendations:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a focus on identifying any fractures or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in prime condition.
