Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle in electrical engineering excellence. Familiarly known as an isolation disconnect switch, this product is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It ensures flawless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence while effortlessly managing power flow without load.
Engineered for optimal performance in single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is the epitome of simplicity, economic design, and unparalleled usability. With rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, it boasts components such as a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit engagement, with each phase featuring dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs. By fine-tuning the spring height, you achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch’s operations are streamlined with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance in diverse terrains;
Ambient temperature range maintained for reliability: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, offering unwavering stability;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites ideally free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS BEYOND THE NORMAL USE SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADAPTATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure pristine condition.
Examine all components meticulously for any signs of wear or damage, with a focused inspection on the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any potential damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of all conductive parts to guarantee continual optimal performance.
