Introducing the innovative (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Crafted with exact precision, this remarkable switch is tailored for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in the seamless opening and closing of both single-phase and three-phase circuits. Remarkably, it operates efficiently without any load, while under voltage, prioritizing safety and unwavering reliability.

This switch exemplifies engineering excellence, specifically designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. It is distinguished by its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use. The switch offers versatile compatibility with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It features a durable base, resilient post insulators, high-grade conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The cutting-edge gate knife structure elevates circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife consisting of two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side provide optimal contact pressure, adjustable through the modification of spring height. Operating the switch is effortless using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a convenient self-locking device enhancing security.

Working Environment:

Masterfully designed to deliver outstanding performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Proficient in enduring ambient temperatures: with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;

Skillfully engineered to sustain performance under outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;

Built with resilience to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

For the best performance, ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. To ensure peak performance, remove all dust and dirt from every component. Meticulously clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve its integrity.
  2. Meticulously scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure maximum electrical contact.
  3. For smooth and flawless operation, apply a protective coat of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
  4. Inspect the contact surface meticulously. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure meets the specifications outlined in Table II.
  5. This switch is explicitly engineered for hoisting use and is designed to integrate seamlessly with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch supports a rated current ranging from 200 to 400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For currents between 600-1000A, the configuration remains as three mounting holes to ensure optimal stability.

Ensure durability by conducting annual inspections of the following components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve functionality.

Carefully inspect all components for any potential damage. Pay special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in impeccable condition to guarantee efficient operation.
