(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—also known as an isolation disconnect switch—is skillfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust device facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Crafted for excellence in single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward architecture, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly design. Boasting an impressive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are ingeniously composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife design orchestrates the opening and closing of the circuit, with each phase's gate knife equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs for enhanced performance. Height adjustments of the springs ensure the needed contact pressure for optimal switch operation. The switch operates smoothly with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Successfully operates at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring robust performance in varied climates;
Reliable performance even in outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Durable design with a seismic intensity tolerance not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
Installation site prerequisites necessitate the absence of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual maintenance recommendations include a thorough check of the following switch components:
Proactively remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain peak performance.
Conduct a detailed inspection for any damage, focusing on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain excellent condition to safeguard against performance degradation.
