(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for high-performance use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, all while voltage is present, ensuring safety and efficiency.
The switch, ingeniously designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, stands out for its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are a harmonious assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure allows seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is crafted with two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring's height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is effortlessly achieved. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, and comes with a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for locations not exceeding 1000 meters in altitude;
Operates efficiently with ambient temperatures peaking at a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal installation sites are those free from frequent severe vibrations.
The ideal installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual routine check on the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain performance.
Inspect all components meticulously for any signs of damage, with a focus on the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any cracks or damages.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition for reliable operation.
