The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered to perfection for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines operating at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliability without load interruption.
This switch is crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of essential components: a robust base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure adeptly facilitates circuit opening and closing, with each phase featuring two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife of the switch. This mechanism is operated with precision using an insulated hook stick for effective opening and closing actions and includes a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance even at higher elevations.
The ambient temperature should not surpass a maximum of +40°C nor drop below a minimum of -30°C, guaranteeing reliable operation across diverse climatic conditions.
It withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, showcasing resilience against nature's forces.
Its seismic strength can endure up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE INVITED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure longevity and performance:
Remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain pristine condition.
Examine all components for potential damage, paying close attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for uninterrupted functionality.
