The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a prominent name in the world of isolation disconnect switches, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This essential tool empowers operators to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining the presence of voltage.
Designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offering a range of rated currents (200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1250 amps), it comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife design, the circuit opens and closes with precision. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife, ensuring seamless operation. The switch is activated using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Engineered for outdoor settings where wind speed does not exceed 35 meters per second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Installation environments must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS MAY ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough checkup of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Examine all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition for superior performance.
