(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly designed to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring precision and reliability in power management.
This switch is intended for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems and is distinguished by its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. Modulating the spring height ensures the requisite contact pressure for optimal functioning of the switch's gate knife. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing operations, and it is equipped with a self-locking mechanism to secure its position.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures, with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second with ease;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installations should be in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL USAGE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention given to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition.
