Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch-a cutting-edge isolation disconnect switch expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This marvel is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, yet no load, ensuring seamless operation.
Our switch, optimized for single-phase systems within three-phase lines, is renowned for its streamlined design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Offering a selection of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are composed of a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, durable conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades supported by external compression springs. Spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure for flawless gate knife performance. The switch's opening and closing actions are executed via an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations where altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures with a maximum cap of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Functionality guaranteed in environments with outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees. The installation area should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual review to assess the following switch components:
Clear all dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain functionality.
Examine all parts for potential damage, placing particular focus on spotting any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity and condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure ongoing reliability.
