(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels at gracefully opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without managing load, yet with voltage present.
This ingeniously designed switch is tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, highlighting its straightforward structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendliness. The array of rated currents spans 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These switches are an assembly of a robust base, steadfast post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precise mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, they facilitate seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, with external compression springs flanking both sides, allowing the adjustment of spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick enables straightforward operation for opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding an impressive 1000 meters;
Withstanding ambient temperature extremes: a scorching peak of +40°C and a chilling minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to function optimally in seismic conditions not surpassing 8 degrees. The installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The chosen installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts.
