Specially engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly nature. With rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, dependable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precision mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for precise circuit control, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs strategically placed on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is assured for the gate knife. Operational convenience is further enhanced with an insulated hook stick, allowing for effortless opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Positioned for excellence at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from a blistering maximum of +40°C to a chilling minimum of -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, maintaining stability and performance;
Withstand seismic activities up to an intensity of 8 degrees, ensuring reliability even in turbulent conditions. The installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
