(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is meticulously designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 10kV (options for 12/15/35/40.5). As a crucial protective component for circuits or electrical equipment, it effectively mitigates the risks associated with overloads or short circuits within power systems. During standard operation, the fuse remains securely in a series configuration along the power line, maintaining tension and keeping the movable joint firmly locked. In the event of a line anomaly, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, immediately unlocking the movable joint, resulting in the swift drop of the fuse tube and subsequent circuit disconnection. This critical safety feature ensures optimal protection for both line and equipment maintenance. Enhanced with elastic contacts and an integrated arc extinguishing cover, the load-type fuse stands out by efficiently managing the opening and closing of load currents within power systems.

The fuse meets rigorous standards, namely GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links, ensuring compliance with exacting technical conditions for ordering.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: Ranges from a brisk -40°C to a warm +40°C;

Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, with a monthly average capping at 90%;

Altitude: Installation not to exceed an elevation of 3000 meters;

Outdoor conditions: Wind speeds should remain below 34 meters/second;

Installation site: Must be free of fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases, and should ensure ample ventilation.
