The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while the voltage is present, though without load, ensuring unmatched precision and reliability.
Crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its streamlined design, economical value, and user-friendly operation. Rated currents are available in 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, offering flexibility and adaptability for various needs. Each switch is a composition of a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, employing a gate knife structure to facilitate circuit operation. Each phase employs a pair of conductive blades, with external compression springs ensuring seamless functionality. Adjustments to the spring height allow for precise contact pressure on the gate knife. The switch is manipulated with an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking mechanism for secure operation.
Working Environment:
Recommended installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum not to surpass +40°C; minimum should not go below -30°C;
The outdoor wind speed should remain under 35 meters/second;
Withstand seismic activity up to 8 degrees; it is crucial that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation locale should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.

Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine all components meticulously for any signs of damage, with a special focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracks.
Confirm that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain impeccable.
