Introducing the exceptional (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel of modern engineering, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Carefully crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it delivers unmatched performance by safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, but without load. Experience the cutting-edge innovation designed to elevate your power systems.
Engineered for excellence, our switch seamlessly integrates into single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark lies in its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly design. Choose from a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to meet your specific needs. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section, each switch employs a gate knife structure for optimal circuit control. The dual conductive blades of each phase, complemented by external compression springs, ensure precise contact pressure adjustments. Operating the switch is effortlessly achieved using an insulated hook stick, alongside an integrated self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed to excel at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient to outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ideally suited for installations in locations with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the switch to maintain its top-tier performance:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components for any potential damage, emphasizing the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle to prevent damage and cracks.
Evaluate the quality of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure uncompromised efficiency.
