(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously designed for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence.
This switch caters to single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and is celebrated for its unassuming structure, budget-friendly nature, and convenient operation. With rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure is employed to facilitate circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved by adjusting the spring height. Operations are executed using an insulated hook stick, complete with a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum allowed +40°C; minimum threshold -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains optimal integrity.
