(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, has been meticulously engineered for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovation excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage presence, yet without load, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
The switch is specifically crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The assembly comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A gate knife mechanism facilitates efficient circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. Contact pressure is precisely regulated by adjusting spring height, ensuring optimal switch performance. An insulated hook stick provides effortless opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude constraints are set at a maximum of 1000 meters.
The ambient temperature is meticulously controlled, with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C.
The outdoor wind speed restriction is capped at 35 meters per second, ensuring stability.
Seismic intensity remains within the limit of 8 degrees; the installation location must not be subject to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection and maintenance of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with specific attention to potential damage and cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity and quality of the conductive part's contact surface to maintain efficient operation.
