Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle in the realm of electrical innovation. Also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, it is meticulously engineered for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Tailored for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but under voltage, this switch stands as a beacon of reliability and efficiency.
Expertly crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet robust structure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, it features a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations, utilizing two conductive blades for each phase, complemented by exterior compression springs to guarantee the requisite contact pressure. Fine-tune the spring height to achieve optimal performance. Manual operations are facilitated with an insulated hook stick, and the switch includes a reliable self-locking device for safety.
Working Environment:
Crafted for exceptional performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures from a frosty -30°C to a warm +40°C.
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds up to a remarkable 35 meters/second.
Engineered to remain steadfast even in seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring dependable operation in less turbulent environments.
The ideal installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADAPTABLE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, perform a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle for sustained performance.
Conduct a detailed inspection of all parts for potential damage, especially focusing on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, verifying it for damage and cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains pristine and fully functional.
