This switch gracefully executes the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence, and operates without load, reaffirming its reliability and precision.
Crafted for excellence, this switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Its design boasts a seamless blend of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Offered at rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a robust construction comprising a sturdy base, high-quality post insulators, conductive elements, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for precise opening and closing, each phase is equipped with a pair of conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs strategically placed on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the desired contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, ensuring smooth opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed to operate flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintains perfect functionality within an ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites that do not encounter frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
