Introducing the (H)GWBEB Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also known as an Isolation Disconnect Switch, meticulously crafted for the optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch gracefully executes the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence, and operates without load, reaffirming its reliability and precision.

Crafted for excellence, this switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Its design boasts a seamless blend of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Offered at rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a robust construction comprising a sturdy base, high-quality post insulators, conductive elements, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for precise opening and closing, each phase is equipped with a pair of conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs strategically placed on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the desired contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, ensuring smooth opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.

Working Environment:

Designed to operate flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Maintains perfect functionality within an ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;

Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;

Resilient to seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites that do not encounter frequent severe vibrations.

The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Meticulously remove dust and dirt from all components and delicately clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Precisely scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to maintain the highest connectivity standards.
3. Apply a generous layer of industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas to ensure seamless operation.
4. Thoroughly inspect the contact surfaces and carefully adjust the height of the compression spring, ensuring contact pressure aligns with the specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This high-quality switch is expertly designed for hoisting applications and is perfectly compatible for use alongside transformers on the line, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
6. Rated at 200-400 ampere hours, this switch typically employs three mounting holes. For the higher range of 600-1000A, the same three mounting holes provide robust support.

Conduct a meticulous annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain peak performance.

Carefully check all parts for potential damage, with a particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part retains optimal condition, guaranteeing electrical excellence.
