Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated piece of engineering also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Designed specifically for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch operates at 10(12, 15, 24)kV to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, without load.
Crafted for excellence, this switch is optimized for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its uncomplicated design, economical efficiency, and straightforward operation. With rated currents available in 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is a reliable choice for a variety of applications. It comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with two conductive blades and dual external compression springs, allowing for customizable contact pressure. The switch's operations are effortlessly managed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Optimized for performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to function efficiently in outdoor conditions with wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Tested for seismic stability, suitable for regions with seismic intensity up to 8 degrees. Ensure installation sites avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Install in locations free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS CAN NEGOTIATE SPECIFIC TERMS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Recommendations:
Annually remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct detailed inspections of all parts for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottles to check for any cracks or damages.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on all conductive parts to ensure seamless operation.
