Expertly crafted to handle high-voltage environments of 10(12, 15, 24)kV, this isolator switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered to perform seamlessly under voltage without load interruptions. It is perfect for managing single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring reliable operation with uncompromising safety.
Designed with efficiency in mind, this switch is tailored for single-phase use within three-phase systems. Its straightforward design makes it cost-effective and user-friendly. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure provides reliable circuit control, utilizing two conductive blades per phase with external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure. Effortless operation is achieved with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Optimized for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Built to withstand ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Resilient against seismic activities with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
For peak efficiency, ensure the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the following key components of the switch:
Thoroughly cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine condition.
Vigilantly examine all parts for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of conductive parts remains in pristine condition through routine checks.
