(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, sometimes referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It provides a reliable solution for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying a load, even while voltage is present.
Aimed at single-phase use within three-phase line systems, the switch stands out for its robust yet straightforward structure, cost efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches incorporate essential components such as a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on each side. The height of these springs can be meticulously adjusted to meet the required contact pressure for efficient gate knife functionality. Operation is facilitated via an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device to secure actions.
Working Environment:
Operates optimally at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature ranges efficiently between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The chosen installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STANDARD PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to meticulously check the following parts of the switch:
Thoroughly remove dirt and residue from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components meticulously for signs of damage, with special attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or wear.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition for reliable operation.
