(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for applications on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to artfully open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, all the while maintaining voltage presence without handling load.
This switch is precisely engineered for single-phase integration in three-phase line systems, boasting a streamlined structure, budget-friendly nature, and effortless usability. It offers a wide array of rated current options including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Structurally, these switches are composed of a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife elegantly integrates two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height fine-tunes the required contact pressure for optimal switch performance. The operation is conveniently executed with an insulated hook stick, enhanced by a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Ensuring reliable performance, the switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Built to withstand harsh climates with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: Engineered to endure wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: Designed to withstand seismic activities not exceeding 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection to ensure the switch's optimal performance:
Carefully remove dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain high conductivity and safety.
Examine all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Assess the quality of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure excellent connectivity.
