(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to effectively open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while voltage remains present, ensuring optimal functionality in high-voltage settings.
This switch is specifically designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward construction, economical pricing, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents are robustly varied, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is a composite of a stable base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase’s gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both flanks. Adjusting the spring height meticulously achieves the requisite contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife. For safe and efficient operation, the switch employs an insulated hook stick for opening and closing maneuvers, supplemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operates effectively at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperature ranges: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Proficiently endures seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation location should be free from frequent severe vibrations that might compromise performance.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and electrical conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER INTO DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure optimal performance:
Cleanse dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain proper function.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains quality standards for efficient operation.
