Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This device is meticulously engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring dependable performance in high-voltage environments.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple, cost-effective, and user-friendly structure. It offers a versatile range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch employs an innovative gate knife structure for seamless circuit control. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The insulated hook stick facilitates straightforward opening and closing operations, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Operating Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Operates efficiently in outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should maintain minimal severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could substantially impact the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS SURPASS NORMAL USAGE, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles are free from dirt and grime.
Diligently inspect all components for damage, focusing on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Confirm that the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
