The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also proudly known as the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing any load but with voltage present, ensuring a seamless and reliable power supply.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse electrical demands. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, highly conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Employing a precise gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for smooth actions, and it incorporates a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ensures optimal function at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates flawlessly within an ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation location should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity quality.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT AND NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual checks on the following components of the switch:
Ensure removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a keen focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality and condition of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure optimal performance.
